I enjoy Ania’s commitment to the pleasant experience of her treatment room, the atmosphere, the comforts of the treatment table, and so on. There is a serenity in that space that I love to savour as I walk back down the path after each treatment. It feels so personal, intimate and unique to Ania.

Wendy, 53, Writer & Academic Researcher

Ania’s tranquil presence was such a welcome change from the chaos and rush of everyday life. I would enter her treatment room, with its warm, soft lighting and furnishings, and feel like I’ve entered a space where I don’t need to do anything, be anywhere, or achieve. The few minutes of sitting down with a glass of water and talking with Ania before my treatment were as important as the treatment itself, setting the foundation for benefitting fully from the treatment.

Ania is a very professional practitioner and always maintains professional boundaries with a skilful mix of empathy and listening skills. She creates a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere at her premises and I feel that contributes greatly to the healing process together with her holistic approach to ailments. Having suffered severe back problems over the years and having experienced many therapists in different locations, I always come back to Ania because she is the best I know.

Safe Practice

I have performed a detailed risk assessment specifically to minimise the spread of infections such as Covid-19 and I have implemented procedures to ensure it is as safe as possible for you to visit.

Below is some further information.  Do let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Please chat to me if you are ‘clinically vulnerable’ and at greater risk of infection.
  • The government has stated that there is no longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings in close contact services settings.  However, as I work in an enclosed space in close proximity with clients, you may wish to wear a face mask.  I am happy to discuss your personal preferences.
  • I disinfect the treatment room and washroom to high standards between each client.  I am using disposable or single-use equipment wherever possible.  I ask all clients to wash their hands on arrival, and I am vigilantly washing and sanitising my hands.
